Biscuits, white chocolate, maltesers, double cream, cream cheese… What’s not to like?
10floz Double cream
200g Cream cheese
200g white chocolate
6oz digestive biscuits
For the biscuit base crush the biscuits and melt the butter. Mix together and flatten evenly in a tin to form the base of the cheesecake.
For the topping whisk together the double cream and cream cheese. Then melt the white chocolate. Once melted whisk the chocolate into the double cream/cream cheese mix. Setting a few aside for the top decoration, crush the maltesers and then stir them into the mix. Layer the topping onto the biscuit base. Finally, decorate with the remaining maltesers and leave to set in the fridge.
